By creating an account or using Seshbook, you agree to these Terms.
Seshbook is a community review platform that allows users to record and share opinions about cannabis-related products and experiences.
Seshbook does not sell cannabis, facilitate cannabis transactions, or provide medical, legal, or professional advice.
You may use Seshbook only if you are legally permitted to access cannabis-related content in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and age restrictions that apply where you live or access the service.
If you are not legally permitted to access cannabis-related content, you must not use Seshbook.
Reviews, ratings, comments, product descriptions, and other content available through Seshbook are provided for informational and community discussion purposes only.
Nothing on Seshbook should be considered medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your account.
You must provide accurate account information and must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
Seshbook usernames are intended to uniquely identify community members and may be subject to availability requirements.
Seshbook allows users to submit content including reviews, ratings, comments, and other community activity.
You are responsible for content you submit.
By submitting content to Seshbook, you grant Seshbook permission to host, store, display, process, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and improve the service.
You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the rights necessary for Seshbook to operate the service.
You may not use Seshbook to:
Reviews and ratings reflect the personal opinions and experiences of individual users.
Seshbook does not guarantee that community reviews are accurate, complete, safe, or applicable to another user.
Individual experiences with cannabis-related products may vary significantly.
Seshbook may review, restrict, hide, or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or community safety standards.
Seshbook may also suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security threats, repeated violations, or other conduct that threatens the service or its users.
Seshbook may provide social features such as followers, following, Helpful votes, profile statistics, rankings, and notifications.
These features are intended to support community interaction and may change as Seshbook evolves.
You may delete your Seshbook account through the Help & Legal section of the application.
Account deletion is permanent.
Public reviews associated with a deleted account are removed from public Seshbook views. Certain review records may be retained in anonymized deleted form for moderation, abuse prevention, operational integrity, and audit purposes.

Seshbook may change, suspend, discontinue, or modify features at any time.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Seshbook relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers, including Google Firebase, to provide authentication, storage, backend services, messaging, security, and other technical functionality.
Seshbook is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
Seshbook does not make guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of user content or cannabis-related information shared through the service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Seshbook and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
Users are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and compliance with applicable law.
These Terms may be updated as Seshbook changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Continued use of Seshbook after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
